You Don't Have to Suffer with Endo Pain Anymore
If you've been diagnosed with endometriosis (or haven't had a formal diagnosis), you've likely had a frustrating, confusing and challenging time getting answers. Whether it's been going on for months, years, or decades you may have been offered birth control or medications to mask the pain or told surgery is your only option. But you likely haven't had a true explanation of why this is happening or gotten to the underlying cause.
While endo is caused by endometrial-like tissue growing outside of the uterus, much of the pain and symptoms are generated by trigger and tender points in the abdomen and pelvic floor. This is why you can have a successful surgery but still have pain and symptoms, or only have 'mild' endo but have severe pain. Unless these trigger points are addressed, resolving endo pain and symptoms is almost impossible.
We want to help you find lasting relief from endometriosis pain, bloating and other symptoms. Our expert pelvic health team specializes exclusively in these difficult-to-treat conditions so you know you're getting the best care. In fact, we're one of only a handful of pelvic PT clinics in the country to be certified as 'iCareBetter' endo providers!

We've helped thousands of patients with endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, vulvodynia or other pelvic pain from Orange County and all over the world; we'd love to help you find lasting relief and feel confident in your body again!

What is Endometriosis?
Endometriosis (or 'endo') is a condition affecting 10% of women where endometrial-like tissue grows outside the uterus. This causes symptoms like painful periods, abdominal pain and cramping, bloating pelvic pain and painful intercourse.
What causes Endometriosis pain?
While we don't know what causes the endo growth,we do know much of the pain and symptoms of endo are linked to trigger and tender points in the abdomen and pelvic floor. These are the pain generators, and working to relieve these trigger points can bring substantial symptom relief.
What are some other signs of pelvic floor dysfunction?
Many patients diagnosed with endometriosis also have associated issues like low back pain, painful intercourse, urinary urgency/frequency or abdominal bloating, among other common pelvic floor issues.
How does pelvic physical therapy resolve endometriosis symptoms?
Pelvic floor physical therapy for endo focuses on treating the trigger points in the pelvic floor and abdomen that are causing many of the symptoms of endo. Pelvic PT is also crucial for pre-surgery and post-surgical care for endo, ensuring you don't have an endo surgery and still have significant pain or symptoms after your recovery.
I've been to many other practitioners....what makes PelvicSanity different?
The vast majority of our patients with vulvodynia, pelvic pain or painful intercourse have been to multiple other practitioners before finding relief with PelvicSanity. We specialize exclusively in these complex cases, we take a true head-to-toe approach and we look for the underlying "why" of what is going on. Other practitioners might see one or two patients with this diagnosis a year - we see that each day. Our mission is to help patients with complex conditions find true, lasting relief in a safe, supportive environment.
We're one of only a handful of clinics in the country to be certified as iCareBetter endo specialists.
