Every Woman Deserves a Comfortable, Healthy Pregnancy
Our pelvic health team helps mothers have a comfortable pregnancy, a smoother delivery and reduce post-natal issues like diastasis recti, incontinence and low back pain
Physical Therapy During Pregnancy
We believe every mother deserves care for a more comfortable pregnancy and smoother delivery!
Pregnancy can be an incredible experience, but it can also be confusing, frustrating and sometimes even scary! Our team works with mothers throughout pregnancy and into post-natal recovery - we're with you every step of the way!
Comfortable, Healthy Pregnancy: Our team makes sure you have the most comfortable pregnancy possible. You don't have to "just live" with low back pain, pain in the hips or groin, pubic pain, or pain in the ribs or with breathing!
Smoother Delivery: We work with mothers to relax their pelvic floor prior to birth, teach perineal massage and find the best labor positions to allow the muscles to relax for a smoother delivery.
Post-Natal Recovery: Starting just a few weeks after birth (vaginal or C-section) we start working with moms to make sure you're healing properly.
