Urinary Urgency/Frequency Treatment

Let us help you naturally and permanently resolve urinary issues

Urinary urgency/frequency is a common but often overlooked symptom of pelvic floor dysfunction.  It's not normal to feel like you have to rush to the bathroom, going more than 4-6 times a day, or having a stream that lasts less than 10 seconds - you don't have to live with urinary urgency/frequency.

Typically this is due to pelvic floor dysfunction.  Tight muscles within the pelvic floor irritate the nerves that run through the area, and the brain interprets this as the urgent need to urinate.  That's why you may get the frustrating sensation of hurrying to the bathroom, but then struggling to actually start or maintain a stream once you go.

We've worked with hundreds of patients to restore normal function to the core and pelvic floor to resolve urinary symptoms.  We always say you should be noticing a significant difference with physical therapy in the first 3-5 visits, if not sooner.

Our pelvic health specialists will also check for other common issues, including diastsis recti, low back pain, painful intercourse, or pelvic pain at your initial evaluation.

No matter how long it's been, we can help you resolve urinary urgency/ frequency, and other pelvic health issues.   We'd love to work with you to help you find lasting relief!

Build your Action Plan

We're with you every step of the way.  We'll develop an action plan to meet your goals and return you to pelvic sanity!

Above all else, we believe in putting the needs of our patients first.  At PelvicSanity, that means full length, 55-minute treatment sessions that are always one-on-one with a pelvic specialist.  Every person is different, so we do not follow a script or simply teach Kegels; instead we tailor treatment to each individual.  We provide a positive, stress-free environment where you can truly find pelvic sanity.
